Includes: Single flange eartips (S, L), Bi-flanges eartips, Silicone ear guides, soft pouch and manual
The bi-flanges are of different shape to UE or SoundMagic. The design is more akin to Klipsch bi-flanges. The single flange sleeves are the same as those Sony came with (not the Sony hybrid sleeves). The stock ear sleeves are very comfy and I saw no real need to replace them unless you want to alter the sound. UE sleeves fit very nicely here. The bore size of Eterna is the same as UE

Ear guides are present. But I will not even bother using it as I saw no real benefit of it. It chunky and does not really help in holding the wire over the ears. Below is a picture of it beside SoundMagic ear guide

The carrying case comes in the form of a soft pouch. A little disappointed consider what SoundMagic came with.

The Y split is quite far down. It even longer than UE universal cable Y split. The length is slightly shorter than E500 mini jack from the IEM body. Eterna came with L-jack which is similar to ACT T1. The cable is thicker than SoundMagic PL30 but still as flexible. .

Generally, Eterna fit is very good. Similar fitting and comfort as westone UM series and E500. The body of the Eterna isn't that big as most pictures shown online. Isolation is quite good. similar to my sf5eb with modded shure biflange (much better than an unmodded PL30).

Manage to mod my um56 to fit the Eterna which I have not been using since I sold my um3x and e500.

Out of the box, the sound is muddy. After 30mins, the sound start to stabilise with the bass tightening up and more define.
Layering, imagining and texture is quite good. In fact, it the best in it price range of those I have heard and even out perform most IEM up to 3* it's price. Quite a feat imo.

Eterna is quite a bassy IEM. The bass is as heavy as sf5eb on some music. However, sf5eb still have more layering, texture and definition here. Eterna also doesn't seems to go as deep as sf5eb here. Mid range is where I feel Eterna is best at. The mid is like um3x but with a little e500 magic there. Natural, airy, smooth and musical. That is just what I like. Treble is a little recess. but details is still there. Somehow remind me of e500 here.

Here is something special I notice about Eterna. It sound quite good out of Sansa Clip (Which is what I intend to use with in the first place). However the lack of ability to resolve details start to kick in when Rio Karma is use as source. I just feel there is tiny bit of details missing. But nonetheless, Eterna and Rio Karma still sounds great. Pairing with my iriver h140 and ibasso d10, the problem got real serious. The lack of ability to resolve fine details just start to appear everywhere. But Eterna is still much better than Crossroad MylarOne X3, and most single BA driver IEM in this aspect.

C-pop, Jazz, instrumental and unplug sounds great on Eterna.

Eterna is not suited for very fast pace song or live music imo. It does not have precise imagining, huge soundstage and headroom of sf5eb which cause the music to feel messy.

Added (26 Nov 2009)
For sound staging wise, Eterna will step over most BA driver IEM such as um1, sf3p, ck9 and dynamic driver IEM such as PL30 and Crossroad MylarOne X3. No. It doesn't beat multi BA driver IEM nor mid-high end dynamic IEM such as Atrio or IE8. But that is comparing it to IEM that cost almost 3* or more than the Eterna.

Conclusion
Eterna exceed my expectation. Just that pairing is important here. I'm not going to say it beat or is preferred over um2, um3x, e500 or tf10p as some other review out there as it lack the ability to resolve the fine details. But lets not forget the price. Anyone looking for IEM below 100SGD, I will recommend Eterna without a doubt (unless you are Etymotic lover). It capable of challenging and defeating most IEM cost up to 3* it price.

Update (26 Nov 2009)

I strongly advice against getting T400/T500 for Eterna. Eterna's noozle is bigger than usual Sony, Crossroad, Creative, etc noozle but a little smaller than UE noozle.

Below is the picture of T400 and UE form sleeves core with Shure Olive

From the pictures, you can see UE core have sort of stopper at the opening to prevent it from sliding it too far back into the noozle. However, T400 lack of this feature. In fact, I can slide T400 all the way to the back of the Eterna's noozle and T400 feel loose on Eterna. T500 is suppose to be similarly design but with a larger diameter. I'm afraid it will not stay in place. The result of comply seating too far back is you will find it hard to get a good seal and harder insertion compare to silicon sleeves.
