All these food really made my day. Main Dish : "Go The Extra Mile; Delight Customers" Seared Black Cod, Crispy Skin on Celeriac Puree Broccolini, Lobster Cream Sauce ![]() *Used my friend's picture because I'm already indulging. This dish is unbeatable, probably the best codfish dish I've ever eaten. The fishiness of the cod is totally removed but it is still filled with its natural juice. The lobster cream sauce is just too good to be true to be the side of the cod. Fantastic natural lobster flavouring that melts in your mouth like mash potato. Sad to say, I gave my vegetables(People who know me well, knows that I hate vegetables) and codfish skin(like many other people, i hate fish skin due to its fishiness) to my friend, so I can't comment on them. Personal Rating: 9/10 Dessert: "The Journey is the Destination; Master Best Practices and Excel" Passion Fruit Tian ![]() Thin white chocolate and fluffy cream on top of a layer of passion fruit paste and crispy base, accompanied with raspberry. Everything is pretty typical except the passion fruit paste and crispy base. A very good match i must say. Sour and tropical sensation mixed with a sweet and buttery crispy finish. Personal Rating: 6/10 |

Ahdui! You took photographs of the trophies, photographs of the food. So where was the photograph of the stage set-up? |

Oops, too engrossed with the food and trophy. =x Probably because I'm stuck at Shangri La for 5days continuous, thats why I'm too sick of the place and stage. |
