Everything about this forum is great but to actively post, I need to see which sub forums have new topics or someone replied a topic or something. So, sometimes I see the red hot topic sign so I go take a look but other times, the signs don't change but the 'quick description' part has been updated to the newest post. I've tried refreshing the page but the signs don't change. Could it be my browser cookies or the site? And also how does the email notification of topics work? I've subscribed to be email notified but it doesn't always happen. This doesn't happen for PMs though. Once again, thanks to everyone for making this forum a wonderful experience. Thanks! P.s. Just to test, I've enabled email notification of this topic too.

I do have this problem at times, although the "new" threads are often marked out, the "read" threads may still be marked as "new". Although it may be a problem at my end, I'm just posting, for the sake of testing the email notification system.

Aight, I only saw your reply when I surfed here. Bleah, email notification for topics replied not working too well. But on the bright side, means I would be checking back more often. |

This forum is currently under invisionfree and it's currently free. I can't do much and all we can do if there is problems is to wait for invisionfree to solve it. As for moving the forum, I'm trying to make things fast

I''m not having the problem at all with the email notification as well as checking which thread that i had already read/not. I tend to use "Mark all posts as read" once i finish checking if there's any new post in a sub-forum. Hope this helps

Ah heck it. Shall just check the site as and when I am free. Plus it's a free forum so shouldn't ask for much. |
