I got my OST orignal.. thou its worth keeping thou its $$$!! FF12 i got em from my fren.. try searching online for them.. thou i think pirated stuffs/illegal downloads are blasphemous here isnt it?? nope, FF12 isnt online.. thou i have only started this morning, i noticed tat they have changed the battle format.. now u can actually see the enemies instead of having random enemies popping up from nowhere.. Beware being chased by funny creatures all around the map lols!! u could also purchase maps if u don't wanna roam around those places covered with shroud.. |

yeah, its like blue/red lines flying all over the characters heads.. here, there everywhere.. Need some getting used to all these puppet lines!~ On a contrary, its pretty hillarious when those morons chase u for a fight, at least they grow brains now from all e previous FFs!@~ i mean, wat e hack, u are playing/"praying" there isnt any enemies popping in btw ur walkthoughs and cursing them for the delays !@$!!@# esp weak enemies!! Its strange, but we'll get used to it, like we had alws got used to FFX's level up using spheres~ thou FFX-2's dressphere freaked me up!~ not forgetting its 100% game completion jus for a 30seconds extra ending footage, arent worth it!! |

Final Fantasy 12 is amazing. I kinda like the way it reminds me of the online FF11. The world is extremely huge but the in-game characters lack interactiveness. Playing wise is still the same as before but the battle system is somewhat screwed. I like the real-time know-who-you-are-attacking system but the stupid arrow is so freaking ugly. Some laser homing beacon over my head that screams "I'm being targeted by a sniper!" The License Point system somewhat reminds of the FFX grid system (screwed) but at least, all your characters start from scratch. Meaning I can program someone else to be a theif and another to be a mage. No fixed occupation or whatsoever. Graphics wise, it's amazing but the audio and music is somewhat repetitive. I miss Nobou Uematsu's pieces. ![]() Meanwhile, the FF Voices DVD is amazing. Especially the One Wing Angel piece and it's respective encore. Definitely worth the buy. ($43 USD) They come in 2 DVDs, one's the entire concert and the other's the behind-the-scenes videos. |

I think FF8 or 9 is the latest to be released on PC... Which is sad, in my opinion. CDjapan has a good collection (though shipping puts me off). It is better to ship many at a time, because it works with the "base charge + extra item charge' system. Anyone for an MO? http://www.cdjapan.jp/Listups/anime/final-fantasy.html I personally liked FF8's junction system the most. It can be learnt real quickly, but requires a long time to master, and can produce some interesting effects. Oops. Weren't we talking about the OST?

It's very much like the job classes in earlier FF games (ie. FF2, FF3 etc). The junction system allows the user to place spells into each character attribute. Eg. I can place the "haste" spell into the character's speed attribute to raise it up. The ultimate spell for juntioning is aptly named "Ultima". Elemental defences and attacks can also be placed. Rather cool, in my opinion. Oops. This seems to belong to the off-topic zone now. |

emul, well.. personally, i dont like the feel of playing PS games on the computer screen, it jus seems not rite.. its jus like playing "Counterstrike" on a Xbox, it jus sux e core.. really.. get PS2.. its abt SGD$250 tops.. shouldnt be a prob since most of us spent 'vibrantly' on Audio Nirvana.. its stil worth it, considering there are tons of games in PS2.. i think NFS:Carbon will be out in PS2 too (correct me if im wrong), jus to get u tempted.. |

i'm a big fan of the FF music series - even if i skipped playing VIII and IX
should really go back and try them out some time ...VII is the one I played the most, so I have several of the OSTs for that game - some are quite obviously the taiwanese 'semi-legal' *ahem* versions, but a couple are the original jap or asian release ... weirdly enough, my favorite FF OST I have is the most lo-fi one : FF Tactics OST ... everything is practically MIDI ! |
